For Thursday's Class

Today, we will use this time to 1) find our music video and 2) write our one page draft due tomorrow.

For your music videos, make sure that they 1) are the same song and 2) one official music video and one unofficial music video.

The "official" music video must be something produced by the artist or the artist's company.  This can be an actual music video, concert or live footage clips associated with the artist singing the song, a video of how the song is used in a movie or television show, or a commercial that uses the artist's music.

The "unofficial" music video must be something produced unofficially, by a fan.  This can be a fan lip synching to the song/dancing, the fan doing a cover rendition of the song, a montage music video of favorite clips from TV shows/movies, or a completely original fan music video.

Your one page draft should be double spaced and should give me a sense of the similarities/differences of some of the themes presented in both music videos.
